Whale shark and fisherman

There are a few places where local fishing communities discovered, that if they focus their efforts on protecting and maintaining the environment they live in, it's much better than to catch everything and leave the seas empty. However, some say that these methods change the migrating habits of animals and are thus bad for the ecosystem. The truth must be somewhere in-between. Oslob, Cebu Island, Philippines.
